2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
5 biji telur ayam (gred A/B)

Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang. Lepas itu masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi . AKHIR sekali masukkan tepung, gaul hingga rata & bakar hingga masak.

Alcatraz Island



hi there... i know that everybody out there like to go vacations.Am I rite..hehhehe..instead of going to the beach or mountain. I would like to suggest Alcatraz Island as one of the nice places to be visit. For your information, Alcatraz ISLAND, is a small island located in the middle of the San Francisco Bay in California, United States. It served as a lighthouse , then a military fortification, then a military prison followed by federal prison 1963. it became a national recreation are in 1972 and received a landmarking designations in 1976 and 1986.Today, he island is a historic site operated by the National Park Service as part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and is open to tours. Visitors can reach the island by ferry ride from Pier, near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

Mashed Potato

Bahan-bahan ( 2 org )

  • 5 biji ubi kentang
  • butter (klu yg 4 segi tu, gune 1/2 pon cukup)
  • 1/2 cawan tepung jagung (bancuh dgn air)
  • 1 kiub ayam (nk gune stok ayam pon boleh..sukatan sesedap rasa)

Cara-cara

  1. utk mashed potato: rebus kentang hingga betul2 lmbut dan lenyekkan sesedap rasa..hehe.ketepikan(dah siap la utk mkn..lalala)
  2. utk gravy (kuah): cairkan mentega atas api sederhana.dah cair, masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung.kacau..kacau..dah perang sket masukkn kiub ayam lak.kacau lg smpi mendidih.siap.
  3. mknlah mashed potato tu ngn gravy..sedaapp..menjilat kaki!

how to store cheese?

Hi…today I decided to share some tips on how to store cheese..emmm..I LOVE CHEESE ..yummy and the taste just like heaven. As usual, after buy cheese, store the cheese in your refrigerator, which approximates the temperature of aging rooms. Keep it wrapped tightly in plastic, away from air. Air helps mold grow on cheese. If you get a little mold on the outside, just cut it off. The English say if mold won't eat your cheddar it can't taste very good. Bring cheese to room temperature before melting. Melt cheese over a low heat to help prevent toughening and separation of oils and liquids. Most ripened or aged cheese is low in moisture content and can be frozen without drastic flavor and texture changes. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for 24 hours or more. If frozen for several months, the cheese may dry out somewhat and become crumbly when thawed.
